Online Order Delivery
Delivery is generally within 1-3 business days to New Zealand destinations for orders received before 9am Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other considerations (1-2 days for South Island, 2-3 days for North Island). Rural and remote delivery times may vary dependent on courier services.
We offer free freight on all orders. Shipping is currently available to New Zealand addresses only.
Whether you are trying our quality products for the first time; you are a returning customer; or you are buying as a special gift for someone; your satisfaction is the biggest focus point for our team. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product when it arrives, please email us at email@example.com.
We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage..
We also undertake to exchange/refund any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within ten (10) days of purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
