Delivery
- NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $30 NZD.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse before 10am and again at 3.30pm.
- Delivery times are generally 1-2 days for South Island and 2-3 days for North Island. Please allow an extra couple of days for rural addresses. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.
Returns
- Purchases (including sale items) in original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.
- Refunds are made to the card, Laybuy account or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but bank processing times mean that refunds may take 2-3 days to appear in your account.
- Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.
