Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $30 NZD.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse before 10am and again at 3.30pm.
Delivery times are generally 1-2 days for South Island and 2-3 days for North Island. Please allow an extra couple of days for rural addresses. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.

Returns

Josef Siebel shoes and boots are excellent quality and comfort

I don't usually buy boots online as I have long feet and skinny calves (they are often too loose around my leg) but Josef Siebel shoes are slim fit for me and these boots fit really well but with a bit of room to wear over jeans or tights - super pleased!!
